Please find another realtor. My experience with this home purchase and Howard Hannah Canfield office has been dreadful. I now have to take the seller to small claims court. The real estate agent and broker, were aware of our concerns and knew the seller was not upholding her end of the contract. All they wanted was their commission.
Had a private showing of my condo and my realtor contacted Gia Herrera several times thru texts asking how her buyer liked the condo . No answer whatsoever over two days nor a feedback form . Very unprofessional!
