When Melissa blames the customer for her own incompetence, on the phone, in the presence of an insurance representative who was shocked by her verbal barrage, and that while attempting to manipulate the customer into giving up credit card information previously to cover-up her incompetence, then one way to improve Dr. Howard's dental practice would be to terminate Melissa's employment. Otherwise, all customers and/or patients are subject to similar mistreatment, if they have not already been subjected to such already. Caveat... read more

Just visited for my first time an had a absolutely amazing experience! Dr Howard is very great an clean with cleaning instructions an Angie was able to help me fully understand all Heath issues I needed to be better on
I have always had a good experience at Howard Family Dental. The staff is friendly and is always helpful. I would recommend them!
I love Dr Howard and her staff! She is very gentile and I never have pain afterwards. Plus I love being able to get Botox at my semi-annual cleanings since I have a limited schedule!
