I moved into a one bedroom in July and had to report mice in my apartment in August. I have remained on the pest control schedule since receiving minor treatments. The leasing office was advised to patch a hole behind my stove and completed the service request within the last weeks of September. Ever since then I hear mice activity in the walls of my apartment. RecommendedI have been at Howard Crossing since 2018 with no major issues. Yes, certain minor issues have come to light but everything was handled in a timely fashion. Anytime I've spoken to Jeannie my issues were resolved. The grounds are kept decent, and I only say decent because some neighbors don't care what their neighborhood looks like and will just throw trash anywhere. The staff acts like they are friendly and they give you some BS excuses when it comes to the application process…also they will quickly give a unit to someone else…total waste of time and I will be reporting them to the BBB
RUN AWAY. But... if you are set on living here let me give you some advices. 1. If you get your apartment in one of the old buildings, be ready to deal with rodents and bugs. 2. Once you get ready for #1 get ready to deal with maintenance. And when I say ready is READY my friend. 3. Worst staff at leasing office I have ever seen. I am ex-resident and I was staying at Howard Crossing for 3 months. Had to move out of Maryland bealcause of work but here is the experience I had: 1. They are very worst staff at the leasing office and very poor at communication. 2. They keep on changing their staff at leasing office so if you are talking something important about your rent or your apartment, you have to take multiple follow-ups. 3. No lifeguard was on the chair being on watch while my 5 year old was swimming instead one was on his phone other was sitting down flirting with a boy super unprofessional plus left a review on Howard’s website y’all can read. Been here 2 years and this new management company and lifeguards are terrible
