In the past I had a problem with this office in that they did not call to remind me of upcoming appointments, which were sometimes a year or more apart. However, this has not been a problem in the last couple of years. Other than that past gripe, I have nothing but good to say of the office, the physicians and the staff. Waiting time in the waiting room has sometimes seemed long, but they have a good selection of reading material to help pass the time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The amount of time it takes to get an appointment in the office is insane and completely unacceptable!!
