I’ve been in the landscaping industry for over 15 years and I can say without a doubt Howard brothers has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Over the years I’ve been double charged for services had equipment they “fixed” break within days of getting it back. Clint gets 5 stars for above and beyond customer service! I lost 3 nuts and bolts off my furniture dolly left wheel and he not only found me replacements but recommended an upgrade to nylon nuts that stick and won’t come off with excessive vibration.
