★☆☆☆☆ Bought a 200-ft Arbor Line rope and tried to return it the next day, unused and in the same condition. They refused the return. This policy was never explained before I bought it. Very disappointing customer service.
Definitely love this store, even if it's for a quick stop! Had to have my chainsaw serviced, they where helpful, prompt, and eager to make the customer happy!
I wish there was a word for surprised and disappointed at the same time. I've bought 3 pieces of equipment from Howard Brothers and even had a good experience when they fixed a new chainsaw that stopped oiling the blade. I went in to the Oakwood location on a Monday and paid for a new Stihl 251 trimmer (over $800) and was told it would be in the next day, or, the following day at the latest.
