I will never purchase anything from these folks again! I have been trying to reach them for 2 days to find out how to return an umbrella that I paid $119 for and it's a piece of garbage and I need to know where to return this piece of garbage and for 2 days I've been trying to reach them and they will not answer their phone so please don't waste your time with these people! I even emailed them I thought I'll try to contact them through email and they have not responded to my email!!!
I carried my Xmark for repairs three times. They charged three times for the same problem that was not ever fixed. Worst experience I've ever had with trying to get my Xmark repaired. Each time I was told it was repaired, get it home and it has the same problem as before. It was never fixed. Stay away from Howard Brothers unless you want to lose money.They obviously do not know what they are doing.
Best company to take your equipment too. Morris has been amazing. Always makes sure our equipment repairs have a fast turn around time. If I could give a higher rating I would

★☆☆☆☆ Bought a 200-ft Arbor Line rope and tried to return it the next day, unused and in the same condition. They refused the return. This policy was never explained before I bought it. Very disappointing customer service.
