Very upset learn today that Howard Bank is closing my Severna Park branch. Losing my business because of this decision!☹️
Web services are far far behind for this day and age. Always doing weekend maintenance with no notices, blocking account info AND technical difficulties stopping access. Step up your game guys.
I have been a customer for over a decade. The branch manager in the Elkton branch has been completely rude to me several times. Yesterday I was making a deposit at the drive through and being waited on by another employee. The manager Tracey got on the loud speaker and was discussing my account balance. I didn't ask for my balance and not only that I had a person in the front passenger seat. My bank account is private information and isn't to be shared publicly. RecommendedThe ladies in the Elkton branch went over and beyond today for me and my mother. I would highly recommend having Howard Bank as your bank. I have never had a bad experiment with them. They are always very nice and patient.

The most unprofessional shit ive ever seen. first my down payment wasn't accepted and I had to come up with another down payment because of misinformation then the money for my inspection didn't go to Ward's my FHA loan because of more misinformation then finally the underwriter didn't meet his deadline so they had to move our closing date.Me and my girlfiend had to take of two days instead of one.Then they said its gonna be at 7 olock on halloween.PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER BANK
If I could give them -0 stars I would most horrible bank ever. I am a first time home owner and chose Howard bank for my mortgage because it was conveniently close to the house I was buying. Before I even got to make my first months payment they sold my mortgage to some bank out of state that I have never heard of!
