I was a 1st Mariner from the the beginning, and I stayed when Howard bank took over. I might add that I have a business account and two personal accounts. Since Howard took over there have been many changes which have disrupted my banking to the point that I am for the 1st. time since I started banking with you that I am actively looking at other banks. My husband and I were referred to John Robb at Howard Bank when NFCU pulled the rug out from under us 5 DAYS before closing. John, a fellow veteran, was eager and determined to help us. He and his team worked around the clock to get us approved and settled in less than 3 weeks with a better interest rate than NFCU and cheaper closing costs. I have been trying to contact Mr. Philippe Rojas for over a year now with no return call or email.
Their loan process is absolutely terrible. They have been dragging out a re-fi for MONTHS and now they are rushing me to get crucial information to them within a week (which isn't possible) before I need extension. This isn't the first loan issue I've had with these people. I'll be closing my accounts. Go to PNC or Harford Bank for your loans.
