RecommendedWent for the soft opening. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. It was super busy a line out the door. Probably because it’s brand new to Visalia but the ice cream was well worth the wait. (Pretty common with grand/soft openings.) We tried all the signature choices with the exception of the green tea, next time. Monkey business is great. Fresh bananas, graham crackers and whip. I will definitely be back!
I tried 5 flavors and loved them All! The staff was great and worked hard the entire I was in there!

Great staff, excellent ice cream
Hand-crafted, premium rolled ice cream that puts the chains to shame. The ingredients are fresh, the toppings plentiful and the presentation is outstanding.
Very interesting to watch the whole process of freezing and mixing. First day, soft opening was busy but that was to be expected. We liked the variety of ice cream flavors and mix-ins.
rude to customers, unprofessional business practices presenting as open when they aren't, bunch of fake reviews from employees/family and friends.
Took over an hour to get ice cream, went to dmv today and was faster there. That’s just a sad statement. Store bough ice cream is fast, cheaper, and better tasting.
