Exceptional wait beyond what was stated (we were told 25 mins, waited 40). They lost our receipt (two separate orders). They explained “that this never happens”, but they lost the order (our friend’s) right behind us a minute later. They made it as quickly as they could, 5 mins later, and got my ice cream. But they gave me chocolate instead of the vanilla I had ordered. Oh, and we had ordered one large, but got a small... They were nice enough in fixing the issue, so I do give them props on that. Despite the wait time absolutely worth it...they really should get a bigger place to appease the customers lol
Stop in to give their ice cream a try. it was under staffed and not welcoming at all. they were so backed up with orders it was going to be an hour wait. they should have all hands on deck and not to mention why are you giving out numbers for ice cream this isnt a full service restaurant. I also watched staff chit chat and take their sweet time. I get it's a new place and busy but having 6 to 8 customers take a number and wait 45 to 60 mins for their ice cream is extremely unnecessary
Loved the ice cream! Staff was very friendly and yes it is busy and a bit of a wait but so worth it! Highly recommend everyone to come and try and order the coffee with Heath Bar mixed in as it was YUMMY!! 😆
