I love your office and feel very comfortable there.
As always my experience with the Hover Dental Group has been excellent! From when I walk in the door and am greeted my Christina, to my appointment with Lisa, who is wonderful, to when Dr. Kochver comes in to examine my teeth. Always caring and compassionate and knowing that I am getting the best dental care I could possibly get. I love these people, they are the best.
Lisa is soooo super nice and remembers details about my life and family every time I come in. She is careful and gentle during the exam and I felt totally relaxed. She is amazing! Dr. Kochevar knows my dental pain problems and is always accommodating and friendly.
The substitute hygenist was extremely ill-prepared. She did not give the TLC required for a dental visit, and was continually fumbling the dental instruments. I will say that she was friendly and nice, but not much more.
Thank you so much for always being a very positive team of people. I never feel uncomfortable at visits and I always feel that the staff genuinely care about me and answer my questions quickly and clearly.
