the car was advertised as a 2018 Nissan SV. After driving 40 miles to see the car, and repeated questions asking them to demonstrate the SV features, they said it actually wasn't an SV, it was an S, and that their listing in Cargurus was wrong. Now they did not tell me that immediately when I arrived, only after they could not show me features that I believed were available in an SV. For an Nissan dealer this is unbelievable. Ivan was prompt and courteous but vehicle was sold before while on my way to see it.
I purchased a car from them and when I arrived from Minnesosta there was damage to the car that was not disclosed and it was dirty with trash in the armrest and other places. They repaired it and cleaned it up but I had to wait four hours for the repair to be completed. The whole car buying process was very sloppy, they listed price as higher than the actual price on the final paperwork (good thing I was paying attention).
