Had a great experience buying from Hove. Found what I wanted online and went in for a test drive. Could not be more pleased with the salesperson I worked with. Ryan made the process easy. Had an excellent experience with Beau Middleton! We have been looking for a reasonably priced truck for our son that is turning 16. Found the perfect truck online at Hove, and messaged Beau later in the evening. Early the next morning he had all the info on the truck for me and I was able to get it the next day. Very happy with the service there!!!
Hey thanks a lot Hove Buick GMC!!! You did such a great job diagnosing our Acadia that now we’re stranded 200 miles from home. I tell ya I have no idea how that place sells any vehicles or stays in business. Worst customer service and diagnostics anywhere I’ve been to. Avoid going there for anything

We are sure sorry that your vehicle is having trouble. I assure you that our technicians are very skilled and they did perform basic diagnostics on your vehicle at NO CHARGE. Unfortunately someone had erased all the data off the computer system prior to our technicians being able to review the information. With today's vehicles being so complex it is really a benefit in diagnostic aid to see the stored information of when the problem actually occurred.
