At Hillstone, we work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. Was never in life ask to leave a rest after eating cause they wanted table and told us to leave. There other restaurants to eat at then spend my money there. Also I own three restaurants and would never do that to a customer.

Don’t mind the drive from Baton Rouge since Katrina!Remember the original first Houston’s in Metairie and always loved the St. Charles location.
My family was denied service for being too busy and the manager stated that they can not allow more than a party of 4 people at one table. We had 4 adults and 1 child. We even asked if they could separate us and be at different tables. The manager stated he could not do that because he already knew we were all together as one party. I have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years as a paying customer and it has always been one of my favorite restaurants to go to but after tonight I will not be going back!
