At Hillstone, we work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. I used to eat here often but the last few meals (one in April one in may) the food was just blah... The steak was cooked medium and came out as requested but it was tough (ribeye) as shoe leather ... It's turned into a over priced outback :(
