Visited for lunch yesterday with my husband and son. Service was good as was the food except for the take out salad. We ordered a grilled chicken salad to take home. When we opened it at home it was a fraction of the size of the one we had at the restaurant and did not include tbe tortilla strips. Very disappointing and not worth the $18. If we ever order take out from Houston's again we'll check what's in the bag before we leave.

Best burgers with caramelized onions in town. Service impeccable. Great atmosphere. Avoid lunch crowd. It's packed. We go at 2:30 or early dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday. Always take a booth in the bar room..never been disappointed. . We go faithfully once a week..
I've been to Houston's on many occasions where there has been time lapse between each visit. I have to say that every time that I go I'm never disappointed in the service is excellent the food is superb and I drive back over every time I'm there to have either lunch or dinner with them exquisite !
