Recommendedthe best salmon and broccoli that I have eaten
need to train new staff on how to open wine bottles. also train them to refill empty wine glasses when they are empty and the bottle is half full. had foil shavings in the wine from the butchered bottle that he didn't know how to open. very inattentive service. waited for the server or anyone to stop by to get some condiments but after 15 minutes gave up and ate the chicken sandwich anyway. love Hillstone restaurants but today really sucked!

Been coming to a Houston’s restaurant in So. fla for many years. Always an excellent experience. Love the food! Love the staff. Pros! Everyone.
We called ahead to see about wait times since they don’t take reservations and were told they could t give us an estimate. Then After we drove there to eat we were told they couldn’t seat us since our party of three adults and two small children was too large. Even though we told them how many we were on the phone. The hostesses were rude an unhelpful. I used to love this restaurant and now I don’t know if I’d ever go back. Went right next door to The Foundry and we had a wonderful dinner.
