I have been to Houston's all over the country always great foods and top notch service. Not tonight. They have two couples in front of us that arrived after us. When I asked her about she acknowledged it the manager came over to make it better. took our drink orders I asked for lemon and lime with my drink when the drink came no lemon and lime I asked the lady who brought the drink for lemon and lime it still never came. Horrible Experience... Patrick Winkles (so called manager) was very unprofessional. I felt discriminated against😡 i pay for the service i want!! The steak tasted horrible and was burnt. he wouldn’t take it back. Unheard of Patrick! What happen to customer service?? 😤
