RecommendedEXCELLENT, 5 star service and the food was amazing!!
Lack of reservation system...we had to wait at least 30 minutes before we were seated. Adequate.
Me, my husband and my daughter arrived here around 7pm tonight. Asked the hostess how long of a wait for 2 and a highchair. They do not have highchairs. I asked her what they use in replacement? Her response "We don't have highchairs." Ok, so apparently you're saying we don't want babies, or toddlers here. She was just rude. I will not recommend this place. this is not a family friendly restaurant, or else they would provide highchairs.
I had a bad experience with Houstons on Friday! After treating my mom to lunch a manager walked over as I was leaving the restaurant and told me he had noticed that I never left any graduity! Was denied entry today because of a new " no flip flop" policy. My husband was wearing khaki shorts, a collared shirt and leather flip flops and we were turned away. When we pointed out that another woman had the identical pair of flip flops on, we were informed that it is okay for women , but not for men. Sounds like gender discrimination to me.
