At Houston 's in Pasadena not only do we work closely with local farmers and purveyors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard, but we also have our own personal herb garden to guarantee the freshest greens around. We're proud to feature warm bread baked daily in our in-house bakery and fresh sushi, including Crunchy Shrimp and Macadamia Rolls. My family was there on New years eve. Our wait time was two hours and we were seated within an hour and a half, it was well worth it! While waiting my honey and I had a greyhound with freshly squeezed pink grapefruit, delicious! For dinner we had the Hawaiian rib-eye steak, so Juicy and Delicious. We will make sure to make reservations next time. Great customer service.
The service was impeccable, the food was excellent. A bit pricey, but for a special occasion, why not. Ribeye rare was perfect; even fresh raw horseradish. The Salmon was freshly seasoned and flaky. Pork ribs was slathered with a nice sweet BBQ sauce. The fire roasted artichokes with clarified butter and dipping aoli are a great starter. Also the Coconut Shrimp roll was surprisingly tasty with 2 dipping choices. We'll be back again soon.
Service was superior as was the food. Friendly atmosphere
We arrived a little past our reservation and still were seated right away...I had amazing service experience and the food did not disappoint
