At Houston 's in Pasadena not only do we work closely with local farmers and purveyors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard, but we also have our own personal herb garden to guarantee the freshest greens around. We're proud to feature warm bread baked daily in our in-house bakery and fresh sushi, including Crunchy Shrimp and Macadamia Rolls. Other signature dishes include the Famous French Dip Au Jus, Roasted Prime Rib, and Apple Walnut Cobbler. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

I was just emailed by Houston's saying their dining policy with an apparent dining time is posted on their website and they were not sorry at all. Really??? I was never on their website before we dined there. If they have a maximum dining time, then ALL of their guests need to be made aware of that policy each and every time they are seated.
