A dress code at a mediocre chain restaurant will never stop being funny to me.
I have never had a request for med-well steak denied before (or the request to butterfly my filet); but I was last night. The highest temperature they would cook it at was a medium. Because I HAVE to eat gluten-free (not because of a choice, but out of necessity) I had to make a decision to get the Hawaiian steak since there were no other steak options for me.
