Was one of my favorite restaurants until last night. I took my daughter out there to celebrate her birthday and we ordered filet mignon "Well Done". Well the waitress brings out 2 plates filled with blood from the steak. Then to top it off ALL the steaks tasted like cardboard "NO SEASONING" at all. Oh and let me add that my wife asked the waitress to have the cook add seasoning to her filet mignon and the waitress brings out the same filet mignon burned ��. WOW...... 2 thumbs down for you HOUSTON'S......
Terrible service!!! We checked in for a party of 5 and waited for an hour and a half- never got seated, they said we checked in for a party of 2, not for a party of 5, turns out our table was never ready.... The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started threatening us about calling the police...-ridiculous! We had a pregnant woman in our group and she didn’t accommodate us in a polite or timely manner. This should never ever happen in the restaurant business. Good customer service is a must!
