The food is good, but management is young and don't know how to deal with a regular customer for 13 years. I was told to leave after having a disagreement with one of the managers. I called the corporate office and they apologized for the unfortunate situation. A couple of days after my phone call they transferred the General Manager to another location. Houston's North Miami Beach - arrogant, self-righteous, above all blatantly insulting, unfair, total party poopers and forever unwilling to make amends. Reserved well in advance. Horrible service – I always go to this restaurant but this weekend i totally changed my mind... I had the worse experience... I went dining with my daughter and it was lunch time and the restaurant wasnt busy at all... we placed our order with our server and that was the last time i saw her...Someone else brought our food which is fine but my daughter wanted coke again and our server didnt come to our table even once to ask if everything is ok or do we need anything... i had to ask some one else to bring me daughter coke....... read more
Long Wait, cold food – We've been regulars at this spot for years because the food was great and the prices were reasonable enough. A 40 minute wait for great food is tolerable, but this time it was 2 HOURS! They said, "The wait is two hours, but check back in a half hour." We checked back twice, then decided to sit at the "Community Table" which was first come, first served. Houston's North Miami – Can't believe that this favorite North Miami spot has gone to the dogs! The prices are outrageous $15 for a hamburger and the fries are now skinny minis not real french fries. What used to be a full rack of ribs for $28 that was so big it hung over the plate is now so small you will leave hungry. The booze is outrageously expensive but they do serve a decent drink. By the time you leave you feel like you paid for a 5 star restaurant at a burger joint
All I can say is....... – Yum!!!!
Great food – I love a dinner night here. They have great steaks. The prices are a little high but it reflects the meal you receive. I would come here more often if it weren't for that.
