Better than before Very professional and extremely knowledgeable!!! Terry is truly an artist and she gave me permanent lower liner, better then I could have done myself! I will return for the top liner and definitely recommend The Houston Wellness Boutique to anyone I care about. Terry is so personable and puts you at ease, thank you! Houston Mastectomy Bra Thanks to Houston Lace Eyebrows & Lashes I was fitted with a Mastectomy bra. The service was really nice and the facility was really pretty. There's butterflies everywhere.
