Houston Lace Eyebrows & Lashes is the BEST! I had a great experience with Houston Lace Eyebrows & Lashes. I made an appointment not thinking that I would receive the service that I received. Permanent Makeup Eyebrow Seminar Attended Terri's seminar on eyebrows and how to apply them properly. I'm so amazed at how badly I was applying my eyebrows everyday. Gosh I learned a lot and will be going back for Terri to apply Permanent Eyebrows. I'm tried of drawing on my eyebrows, permanent eyebrows is the way to go. Thanks for the seminar Terri great job!
Permanent Eyebrows & Eyeliner I have referred about five of my friends, including my sister, to have their permanent make-up done. I want all of my friends to enjoy the freedom that I have experienced. My permanent makup artist Terry put my brows and eyeliner on better than I have ever done myself.
