Houston Lace Eyebrows & Lashes is the BEST! I had a great experience with Houston Lace Eyebrows & Lashes. I made an appointment not thinking that I would receive the service that I received. I'm truly amazed that the staff there really and truly love what they do for others. It's amazing...I thought I would walk in a wig type shop and it was nothing like that at all. Permanent Eyebrows & Eyeliner I have referred about five of my friends, including my sister, to have their permanent make-up done. I want all of my friends to enjoy the freedom that I have experienced. My permanent makup artist Terry put my brows and eyeliner on better than I have ever done myself.
