This vet was very kind and sweet to my pet. The doctor was very knowledgable and provided the best care.
Great and caring staff. Dr Knox Hilliard is one of the most caring, loving vets I have ever used. He explains all procedures in detail and you never leave that office not knowing what is going on with your pet. They make room for your pet to have a unscheduled visit even if there is no room or appts yo be had. They LOVE your babies and their job.
I took my three dogs in for an annual checkup and vaccinations. This was our first visit to this clinic. Dr. Knox Hilliard was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and appeared to genuinely enjoy his career. The best part was seeing pictures of my dogs on Facebook afterwards! Would definitely recommend.
In June I was having to board my fur baby and he needed a Influenza shot and my boarder sent me to the Houston Veterinary Clinic, they got me right in and took awesome care of my fur baby. The Dr. and his staff are awesome!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.
I didn't mean to hit that 1 star looking for a place to comment lol. Dr Hilliard has always been there for my pugs, The staff is great and was so caring when I was going through a difficult time with Molly, who had cancer. Dr Hiliard stepped in and gave me hope. I'm sure if I had gone there first she would have had a better chance. He was always there when we came back from chemo and Mollly wasn't taken it well, and make her better. Thanks HVC your're the best.
I moved from Florida and I was looking for a new vet for my dogs! After a great Google/facebk review I was able to get a same day as called appointment and I had excellent experience! I love the staff and office! They were very friendly and Harley wasn't as nervous like other vet offices, the vet was very informative and listened to what I had to say. He lets you know prices and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back for years to come!
Love Dr. Hilliard and staff, all very sweet. Took a newly rescued dog to him. He explains everything in detail, gives you treatment options with prices. Took very good care of my sweet girl.
