We brought our little 9 week old, Margot, in to see Dr. Knox Hilliard today for her first real vet visit. Being first time pet parents, we were so nervous! Dr. Hilliard and his staff were so helpful and really put our minds at ease. He answered any questions we had and gave us information we didn't think to ask about. We are so glad we chose Houston Veterinary Clinic!
I took in our new puppy (a Staffordshire terrier) and the entire office was helpful and so great the whole time we were there! Dr. Knox is very friendly and knowledgeable. And it was very affordable! And that is a huge help for us!
We came here for our very first visit with our new puppy a few weeks ago. We loved how kind, attentive and patient every one was. Dr. Hilliard was super patient in answering my many questions. We would recommend them to friends and are happy to keep bringing our puppy here!
I read through reviews at several vet clinics after we moved here, and this was the only one that really stuck out to me, so I took my dog Daisy there this morning. The staff was friendly, we saw Dr Knox, he gave her a full examination and she stayed pretty calm for the most part, he knew what he was doing. Most places stress me out because they're a little.... Rough with the dogs.... Not as patient. But Dr Knox and his wonderful staff treated Daisy like she was family.... Which I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm picky ab... read more
We had to put our 15 year old corgi rescue mix down. The vets were very knowledgeable and the techs were extremely compassionate. I just got a vouce message from the vet checking on us and how we are doing. Cannot thank these people enough.
