They took there time and did the job right.
There was a disconnect between the time that I had scheduled on the HomeAdvisor website and the time that HRC had me scheduled for which I did not find out about until I called. [Software issues?] I rescheduled to the time that HRC originally had me down for. They came out within 2 hours to assess. Took pictures and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Came back 2 days later as planned, on time and efficient. Great job, showed us the bad vents and new ones plus final pictures. Highly recommend. All this while flooding still happening in Houston!

Excellent communication from Ryan. Recommended that work be delayed for insurance reasons. Will definitely hire HRC when roof will be intalled, without further consideration of alternative contractors.

The job was done very quick. I didn't see any shingles replaced so I hope I didn't need any replaced. I want know if the job was done correctly until it rains. He did say I had a year warranty and to call if I have any leaks. Know paper work was completed after the job was done. That has never happen before, hope my warranty is in fact good. When I spoke to him on the phone he gave a detail estimated that's what made me choose him for the job.

The repair work was done quickly and the worker were polite and cleaned up their mess. Checked the repair work after the heavy rains this past week and happy to report no leaks. :)
