Bad experience isn't even touching the surface as to what Dr. Lewis put my child through! My 5 year old at the time FELT EVERYTHING during a 4 cap procedure, that was supposed to be 4 fillings because they waited 2.5 hours before they started working on their mouth after giving the "relaxing" medication! Dr. Lewis ignored my child's plea to STOP & be heard! Dr. Lewis nor her office ever offered any path of reconciliation. Where do I even start... The staff has been wonderful during every visit. But I MUST brag on Dr. Lewis. She is by far one of the best doctors (not just dentists) I have ever met. I have been to 5 different healthcare providers in the past 3 weeks for my one year old and she has been amazing. Not only has she been proactive with our plan, she has communicated SO well with me. Thank you Dr. Lewis from the bottom on my heart. I will never go elsewhere!
