The Doctor is great!! He listens to your problems and does everything in his power to make sure you have what you need. From bloodwork to chest x-rays. I'm very happy with the treatment and the staff. I highly recommend him.
In my experience so far with the office and Dr. Valentine, the staff and nurses are very coordinated in their communication. I've even witnessed at times when other patients do something wrong and they find a way to blame the staff or the system for it. They kindly educate the patients on easier ways to make secure appointments with the doctor.
