I absolutely love Dr. Valentin and his staff. I have never had a doctor really listen to what I wanted and care like he does! The rest of the staff is just as great. Communication is amazing. They are responsive and quick whenever you need anything or have questions. Sometimes I use the app and other times I call. Either way I always get an answer usually within the hour. Now even my fiancé has switched doctors to see him. I recommend him to everyone.
In every appointment I’m treated with professionalism and respect. Feel at home wit Dr. Valentin and his staff. He takes care of all my concerns and tracks down my progress. Dr. Valentin is always accessible to his patients. Grateful we were able to find him.
The receptionist ,doctor assistant and everybody including Doctor Valentin are so wonderful. Friendly helpful and attention to detail. I needed a referral and a had it within an hour of my visit. I am so happy and feel so lucky that I found this clinic I havebto drive about 1 hour and 30 minutes to see Dr Valentin but I don't mind because everybody in awesome! I totally recommend it to anybody looking for great medical care!
First visit, so far pretty good. Staff & nurses were very nice and fun (made it comfortable) while doing all the prep work. Kept me informed during the entire process. Dr. Valentin came in, was straight shooter and told me what to expect both good and bad, short or longer term. Healing is dependent on each individual person. So far, I'm happy!! Week 2, staff is still awesome and they make you feel great. Dr. Valentin is very personable and tells you straight up. Still very happy
Carolyn McGee I love Dr. V’s place! The girls are just so sweet and helpful! They take good care of me! Almost as good of care as Dr. V does!!!!! They also help me get things done that may need updated etc. Dr. V is a kind and considerate Dr. with many years of experience and knowledge! I enjoy being part of Dr. V’s family and I am thankful for the good care!
