I’ve been a patient here for over three years, and I can honestly say the care has always been excellent. Dr. Valentin is incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions thoroughly, and makes sure I receive the best possible care. First visit, so far pretty good. Staff & nurses were very nice and fun (made it comfortable) while doing all the prep work. Kept me informed during the entire process. Dr. Valentin came in, was straight shooter and told me what to expect both good and bad, short or longer term. Healing is dependent on each individual person. So far, I'm happy!! Week 2, staff is still awesome and they make you feel great. Dr. Valentin is very personable and tells you straight up. Still very happy
I've been a patient of Dr. Valentin's for several years. The office is great. Very responsive and friendly staff. Dr. Valentin is very kind, informed, and helpful with any questions. He's always willing to help find a resolution to any problems I have. I will continue coming here for the foreseeable future.
The best experience I have had at an UC. Really, they were very nice, clean and quick!. I will not dread going to an UC anymore. The receptionist, and the nurse were very kind. They put me at ease. My doctor was PHENOMENAL! Great bedside manner and knowledgeable. I didn't have to even wait for paperwork. If you need to go GO HERE. Hwy 105. They will fix you up.
The receptionist ,doctor assistant and everybody including Doctor Valentin are so wonderful. Friendly helpful and attention to detail. I needed a referral and a had it within an hour of my visit. I am so happy and feel so lucky that I found this clinic I havebto drive about 1 hour and 30 minutes to see Dr Valentin but I don't mind because everybody in awesome! I totally recommend it to anybody looking for great medical care!
