IN 40+ YEARS OF SEEING GASTROENTEROLOGIST "TEXAS GASTRO" HAS TO BE THE WORST ONE YET. DR. ADDEPALLY WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. I COULD HAVE RECEIVED BETTER TREATMENT FROM AN ONLINE DOCTOR. DURING MY INITIAL VISIT, BEFORE I COULD GIVE HER MY HISTOY AND SYMPTOME, SHE WAS OUT OF THE ROOM ORDERING THE SAME OLD TIRED TEST. TEST I DIDN'T NEED. I WENT TO "TEXAS GASTRO" TO HAVE A SPICIFIC TEST. A BIOPSY OF THE SMALL INTESTINE FOR CELIAC. APPARENTLY, SHE'S PSYHIC AND STATED ON "MYCHART" THAT I WAS CELIAC NEGATIVE. I was diagnosed with covid and brain swelling. I asked my wife "why aren't they giving me ivermectin then?" She asked Dr Agana. He told her ivermectin was illegal. Also my wife barred one of the nurses for being a bully and doing what ever the hell she wanted.

Just spent 9 days In Methodist Willowbrook and received very poor care. Never saw a representative of the hospital. The only contact was nurses and the hospitalist doctors. Nearly aspirated due to a colon blockage. 2.3 liters of fluid instantly came out of the tube plus I vomited 2 times all over my body. I had some very good nurses, but also had some that were not. Summary: Stay away from Houston Methodist Willowbrook ER if you want to avoid being misdiagnosed and receive negligent, substandard care from an ER that is not compassionate or caring! I went to there on 3/20/22 with a fractured plateau head of the tibia and a 33 millimeter indention of the right kneecap. They diagnosed me with a ‘sprained’ knee. Mom back in ER after being discharged way too early 34 days ago. Arrived at 3 pm. Room wasn’t ready until 8 and half hours later! Nice people. Terrible logistics.

I grew up here in Houston and I have always known Methodist Hospital to have a stellar reputation, so I was very surprised at the extremely poor level of care that my stepfather received while he was there. When you come out of the hospital, you should be feeling better than you did when you went in.My stepfather was unbelievably worse after six days at Methodist Willowbrook. I had major surgery at Willowbrook Methodist. The nursers were amazing! My surgeon was very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this hospital.
