This place saved my life again. So grateful for them. Great people. Dr. Anthis (General) and Dr. Pickett (Cardiologist) are amazing. The team Friday morning were on their game. Thanks Richard, you're incredible, as is the whole time. Horacio, Mari great support in the room. The procedure team of Jared, Emily, Laura, Destinee, and Adam - you guys were wonderful and so efficient.
Employees are rude, and to only have 1 doctor on night shift is absurd. I arrived at 11:30pm and it is currently 4:03am. I haven’t seen or spoke to a Dr. or Nurse since I’ve been moved to “triage”. I will not be returning to this location. The patient care has gone completely downhill and I work in healthcare (hospital), this is beyond ridiculous. If you’re in a life or death situation DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!
The employees rude
Horrible experience they refused to admit me even though tests results were abnormal and the CT scan showed there were things going on. This hospital is just as bad as memorial hermann if not worse it’s a shame that the doctors don’t like to help you they just want to send you home to get rid of you definitely felt like it was a race thing because if I was white they would of done all they could I will be filing with the board against this hospital and the doctor who refused to help me and I only gave 1 star because zero was... read more
My discharge experience at this hospital was unacceptable. I have significant mobility problems and was unable to safely leave on my own. Despite explaining that my wife was still at work and could not pick me up for several hours, I was discharged and sent to the lobby. I spent approximately four and a half hours sitting in the lobby while feeling weak, dizzy, and unable to walk independently.
