Their ER needs to be managed efficiently. Waited for over 3 hours and then walked out to an urgent care. They take people’s vulnerability for granted. I think you will get better care at LBJ or Ben Taub ER than here. Don’t waste your time. If you are really about to die, then they will probably take you seriously.
They did a great job, from the ER to the ICU to the regular patient beds. All the staff was great. They were cheerful and nice. Even the housekeeping and custodians were great. Top notch facilities!
