Very Disappointing Experience We had appointments at 6:00 PM, but the MRI wasn’t done until 10:00 PM. The whole family waited outside for hours with no updates or communication from the staff. We kept asking for information, but all they said was that they didn’t know what was happening on the MRI side. It was completely disorganized and unprofessional. We had no idea what was going on the entire time. Very frustrating experience.

28 grand (not including insurance) to get a surgery to remove hemroids. Pain meds didn't work at all, but it was still manageable thankfully. I won't do it again if I got another hemroid, but overall not a bad experience.

This hospital used to be st John’s times have changed! Needed to speak with Dr or discharge planner left vm for that department but was never called back. The nurse Matt was supposed to call me once discharge orders were written but did not. Explained to him patient might need skilled nursing facility as she could not walk well requested what PT was doing with her and what their assessment was but never received a call back. I had a bit of a wait while in extreme pain, the nurse explained they were short handed but there was only 1 person ahead of me. Dr Nguyen fortunately saw the issue on the cat scan (bowel obstruction) and sent me home with a laxative that takes 2-3 days (!) to work. It is day 4 since Methodist and almost 2 weeks since I started going to different ER's only to be told different diagnoses and forms of treatment that weren't effective.
