I was sent to Methodist on Fry Rd. with covid, I was sent their because I could not walk. There is a nurse that will lied on me, one morning when she walked in the room I had taken my oxygen out of my nose, because my nose sound like a whistle, another nurse walk in she told her she took my oxygen out, the immature nurse told her she believe her, she did not see her take it out of my nose.
