Huge shoutout to the amazing nurses and staff at Methodist Baytown — y’all took such great care of my family, and I’m beyond grateful. Big thanks to the doctors and case managers too for pointing us to ClearSky Health Rehab when it was time for discharge. We’ve only been here a few days, and my mom is already up and walking! It’s been incredible. The best part? We still have the same doctors from Methodist here at ClearSky, which has made the whole transition so much smoother. Seriously — thank you, thank you, thank you!

Awful experience with the emergency room. My mother was brought in for heart and neck pain. Had to do a ekg 3 times because they kept losing the information. They drew blood 3 times because they kept losing the vials. Doctor in Er finally....after hours.....determined it was gastro intestinal. Misdiagnosed.....malpractice

Houston no (Baytown) Methodist didn't even try to work with me or give me information on my account. I feel sorry for people that actually have to receive health service from them.

Excellent service . Just be patient there are many people that need to be attended some need urgent . All staff very kindly and explain everything they did on me. And all medication they mentioned for it . Clean space.

This establishment has unfortunately provided a rather distressing experience. My father arrived in an unconscious state via ambulance, and despite his critical condition being stabilized, we were required to wait in the emergency room for two hours. The staff at the front desk appeared to lack empathy and were quite impolite. When I inquired about the estimated waiting time for my father to be seen, their response was, "Oh, we don't keep track of that; it's by urgency!"
