If you or your love one is in an emergency use ANYONE but this one. I’ve never felt more unsafe and unheard in my life. We left and went to patients off I10 and they took amazing care of me. This hospital should be ashamed of how they treat people in emergency situations. -27/10

This is the second time coming here and bith times ive revieved almost perfect service from the staff. I will however call out the best doctor by far ive ever had in an emergency room. Dr Vences. He is the most kind, caring, and patient doctor ive ever had in an ER and he is very thorough and listens to all my questions or concerns. I highly recommend his service and thank this hospital for its care.
I want to say thank you Houston Methodist Hospital I was very well taken care of specially to my nurse Fredelyn Martinez from observation unit she went above and beyond to help me feel better.
