Terrible customer service. No compassion at all. I’m leaving Methodist all together.
The staff and Dr. Wiltz-Kargou at the Gynecology and Womens Health here are wonderful! So kind and supportive, helpful and knowledgeable, the offices are beautiful, so happy to have them at Townelake!
I was referred to Dr. Winston Pan by others within the Methodist group for an internal medicine physician. Online it states accepting new patients. When I called to make an appointment they said he’s booked. For the next yr. I said why does it say accepting new patients if he’s clearly not and she told me there’s no more Medicare new patients. I said Are you kidding me? So if I had different insurance I would get an appointment? Ridiculous… and so disappointing….
Weird that they make you sign a document about being late yet they can take as long as they want to call you back after your appt time... also unable to ask doctor questions to get a price for a treatment plan couldn't even ask at a physical for an idea of how much a plan would cost me
