Dr. Cano is awesome. Every time I am there there’s very little wait, the staff is amazing.
My husband and I had a doctor in Tomball but we decided to move to Cypress get attended by Dr. Ram. He is amazing. He was he listen to every question we had.
1 star because i cant give them zero stars. They will make you fight as hard as you can just to get them to refill your prescriptions. They will lie to you and say they sent them to your pharmacy but it doesn't happen. They'll say it's been "escalated" but when you call back there's nothing on your chart indicating that. It isn't uncommon to have to fight with them for days just to get them to fill a prescription. This is the most unprofessional office I have dealt with, specifically Rida. These people don’t care about their patients health, they care about their money.
Such a AMAZING Staff of doctors, nurses snd admin staff ! Our entire family has care at this clinic, we are so very grateful to be able to get such such great care !
