I have now been to this location at least half a dozen times, for all kinds of different illnesses, and all have been good. No long wait times, and appointments are easy to make/reschedule as well (but I use myChart so it might be due to that). Even if I had 1 bad experience (and so far I haven't) I wouldn't automatically not go back. 5 out of 6 is damn good in my opinion. That's 83% of the time good service. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Linda Hardy really took the time to get to know me and my situation, I felt like more than just another patient. She explained everything to me to make sure I fully understood my treatment plan. Will definitely be coming back for future appointments, thank y'all so much!
Saw Linda Hardy. I can't remember the last time a medical professional spent a half an hour with me. Linda is fantastic and appears to really care about her patients. I am so glad my husband found her.
