The doctors are knowledgeable and willing to help but I feel like their hands are tied half the time on treating patients. The issue I have the most is having to go through a call center in order to talk with your PCP. It takes forever to get calls back or answers to questions when going through MyChart. The personal touch of actually talking to your PCP Team is sorely lost. We do like having our doctors in one place but with as many issues as we have actually talking with them may influence our decision to go somewhere else... read more
I love my doctor Samantha Malave, she is the most understanding, very knowledgeable and is patience and actually listens to her patients. I drive an hour and a half just to see her. I have never in all my years have I had a doctor that is more concerned about her patients than she is! I recommend her to all my friends and family.
Doctor and staff were great and made me feel comfortable.
