For the last three years I have scheduled an annual physical at this location - the first two years with Dr. Ashley Pan and this last one (Nov. 2024) was with Dr. Dorothy Lamping. Every year is the same - booked the appointment in the early morning but still wait 30 minutes until the doctor is ready to come in. Last year I almost left - Dr. Pan apologized. Dr Patel is very professional and nice. Unfortunately her assistant Rita does not have any sense about an emergency visit. I was involved in an accident and she denied to give me an appointment within a couple of days. Why you have a primary care physician if you can't see her/him when needed?. This assistant should be trained to know when a patient needs a appointment. Very bad. experience. I have not other option but to change my rating from 5 to 2.
My father goes here. He has several medical conditions and his Dr told him if he ever gets Covid to call immediately. He did, left several voice messages and contacted on my chart. Was told he had to go through this process to get a call back. NO RESPONSE and now they are closed for the weekend.
I haven’t had to wait after making an appointment. They are busy though, so book your appt. ahead. I get good care, no complaints!
Dr. Patel was very professional and knowledgeable, she took the time and listened to my concerns. I'm very glad I saw her.
