Great staff. Fast results.
Recently, the Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital has left much to desire, but the Primary Care Group in the Mont Belvieu area(particularly NP Kelly Padgett and staff) has been a big breath of fresh air. As a caregiver for my Grandmother, I've never seen a more professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive/concerned PCP. 10/10 would recommend, especially for anyone looking for a physician who actually takes the time to read and go over charts with patients for full transparency. Needed to get a new prescription in order to get it refilled and they got it very wrong. I ended up getting a fraction of what I needed. I also ended up getting charged full price for that. They “fixed” the prescription. The problem is that I would have to pay for that refill again. When I asked about that they said there was nothing they could do about it. Bottom line is they made the error and I got to pay for it. No accountability whatsoever.
I do not recommend.. I have a chronic illness , and was denied a refill on my prescription because my last appointment was 3 months ago, which has never happened to me and I'm over 30 yrs of age. I have only been with Methodist 6 months & already have been there 3 times for absolutely no reason . I feel scammed just to live. If they can't charge you they will take away your medication
