First visit was really good. Dr. Taarea was so nice, informative and helpful. His evaluation was super educational and thorough. The front office staff were so nice. My daughter was introduced to the PT staff as well. The call from their person running the insurance numbers was very professional and so helpful. So far, I'm very happy to be working with this group as we try to get a shoulder and bicep back to 100%.
My experience here was not satisfactory. Most of the staff were indifferent, high-handed if not rude. The doctor seemed dismissive of my concerns and indifferent to my welfare.
