I totally agree with patient April H from 4weeks ago and other patients whom had unpleasant experiences with Dr.Joshua Harris office, the PA Assistant Julia Williams and staff. The staff at the front desk is extremely professional and inviting. I feel sad for front desk emoloyees because they truly try to accommodate the patients while knowing how unprofessional, untruthful, lack empathy and understanding Dr. Harris office and staff is. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! *HOUSTON METHODIST ORTHOPEDICS AND SPORTS MEDICINE* NOT EVEN A STAR IS DESEARVING. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN AND NOT THE PATIENTS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS, AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY LIE AND MAKE POLICIES ABOUT BEING THERE 30 MINUTES EARLY WITHOUT THE PATIENTS HAVING ANY IDEA ABOUT BEING THERE EARLY. Had shoulder surgery with Dr. Woody. Great job, excellent follow-up, and did a nice job of explaining everything. Highly recommend.
Saw Grace EDWARDS PA and she was wonderful! Did a thorough evaluation of my condition. She spent a lot of time explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable! I am very thankful for her professionalism and kind demeanor!
