I Didn’t care for manager attitude.
Wonderful, wonderful doctors there!! I see several of them! Couldn't ask for better!!
Scheduled an emergency appointment after having extreme pain down my left arm. I let them know I went to the ER and the X-Ray showed a bulge. Methodist ordered another round of X-Rays. I saw Marjorie, PA and she completely disregard my pain. In and out within 5 minutes and was dismissive. “No surgery. You just need PT. If the pain continues in 4 weeks I’ll order an MRI” I had a question regarding the drugs because I’m not one for pain medication and she walked in with her hands in her pockets saying “what’s the problem? Total waste of my time....I scheduled an appointment for my Cspine pinched nerve that is affecting my entire right shoulder and arm. 1st, before I even made the appt, I asked if the doctor or even the PA , Marjorie Falb I would be seeing, would do a steroid injection and I was told that they would after my consultation appt. 2nd, I have both Medicare and Medicaid and they still tried to charge me a copay, claiming that my insurance wouldn't cover me...they are the only doctor who has made that claim, and I have had the same ... read more
