Let me just say the surgeons and drs and nurses are amazing the front desk lady’s as rude and horrible service.
My experiences at Methodist Outpatient in Baytown have been very posiitve. Wait time is minimal and staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I feel like I am in excellent hands. I love the MyChart feature of my account to be able to see all test results, appointments and messages with my doctors.
I do not recommend Methodist, unfortunately. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon there after x-rays showed that I probably had avascular necrosis in my left hip. When I arrived at the office in March 2024 with all of my x-ray information in hand stating that I probably had AVN and recommended an MRI, Dr. Sun’s staff told me they didn’t even want to see what I had with me because the doctor “likes to do his own x-rays.“ I trusted them because they’re the professionals.
