Amazing drs and friendly, attentive staff. Drs. are definitely not knife happy. Very impressed with Dr. Borque and Dr. Shah. They are very caring and compassionate.

I was trying to get Family Leave Paperwork filled out by the staff. I didn’t know the protocol but Cigna Insurance needed it back in two days. The Nurse was very rude and said well that won’t happen because we have 5-7 days to fill this out. I then told her that I work at the Methodist West Campus, thinking she would adhere to the ICARE pledge, well she didn’t. She started asking me do I process Family Leave Paperwork there. RecommendedI have been going to this group of Doctors for years thru hip, 2 knees, and hand and now back work. The best of the best work here in my opinion for I have been extremely satisfied with all the doctors [3 so far] that I have used. These guys treated me with respect and always explained what was needed and what was not before they ever did anything. Really nice to know that there are doctors around that are willing to try alternatives first instead of just running you off to surgery.
