Front desk customer service is Horrible.
My wife and I have had outstanding patient care and services from Houston Methodist Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. In particular, Dr Scott Rand, who has provided us with wonderful healing and healthcare services over the years. He is the best of the best doctors.
Dr. Rosen took excellent care of me for a hand issue. He and his staff are very professional, respectful, and efficient. My appointments were on time, and the follow-up care was outstanding. I truly appreciated the attention and quality of care I received. Highly recommend!
Quick service, friendly Staff
I have had such good attention and care since I started Houston Methodist orthopedic Center. I love my PCP that I have there and I have had knee replacement surgery by one of the orthopedic surgeons there and also physical therapy. I have had very very very good results with my knee replacement surgery. It's such a relief after the pain I was going through before I had it done. I recommend this place very highly in the physical therapy department is excellent.
