They are so great every time! I appreciate how quickly I am able to get in and how thorough they are. They’re down to earth and really understand how kids don’t want to be kept from their sports any longer than they have to. They understand the expectations of local schools and athletics and are proactive with necessary documentation. Dr. Rosen and his team are professional and courteous. Always asking and answering my concerns. Including me in decisions about my health.
I am an insurance agent. I have had 5 clients of mine use this facility. All on different insurance plans. This place continues to lie and deny verification of benefits in order to cause people to cash pay. The Administrative Dishonesty at this place is crazy. If you are on a PPO.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
