I called before my appointment to make sure that if I needed any imaging done, I have them ready for my appointment and they told me I wouldn’t need any. I asked because my mother does x-ray and MRIs for work and I would not be charged for that imaging. Of course I, like anyone else, would like to save money on something like imaging that can be costly. That person I spoke with over the phone agreed. Horrible experience. Hard to believe this is a non profit driven organization hospital branch considered to be one of the best in Texas. Not impressed with any of my interactions with Methodist.

Extremely disappointed with my daughter's recent ortho appointment. We left the Methodist Willowbrook ER after 1am to have my daughter discharged with a radius/wrist fracture without an appointment. I made an appointment first thing in the morning with Dr. Daniel Komlos (the only one available). We called on our way to inform them we were going to be 10 minutes late. The lady who answered told us it was ok as long we arrived within 15 minutes time frame. We arrived, checked in, and paid the copay. Ten minutes later they call... read more
