Update: DO NOT come here at all costs. They have been over an hour late to my appointments, I was rushed when I was seen, then told to make another appointment every time I had a question. They also refuse to give you a cost for anything. I called before my appointment to make sure that if I needed any imaging done, I have them ready for my appointment and they told me I wouldn’t need any. I called before my appointment to make sure that if I needed any imaging done, I have them ready for my appointment and they told me I wouldn’t need any. I asked because my mother does x-ray and MRIs for work and I would not be charged for that imaging. Of course I, like anyone else, would like to save money on something like imaging that can be costly. That person I spoke with over the phone agreed. Horrible experience. Hard to believe this is a non profit driven organization hospital branch considered to be one of the best in Texas. Not impressed with any of my interactions with Methodist.
